Led by an accredited NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) life coach, this workshop will introduce you to a variety of techniques for cultivating mindfulness, including breathing exercises and guided meditations. You’ll learn how to tune out distractions and focus your attention on the present moment, which can help reduce stress, improve concentration, and enhance your overall well-being.
