DESCRIPTION:Join us for some high-energy\, Latin-inspired dance fitness that’s perfect for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned dancer\, Zumba is a fun and effective way to stay active and healthy while having a blast! \nOur Zumba class will be held Wednesdays 12pm-1pm in week 1 – week 5 of Term 1. It’s a great opportunity to meet new friends\, take a break from your studies and de-stress! \nPlease arrive to the class 10 minutes prior to the start time. \nAttire:\nPlease wear comfortable active wear and closed in footwear (runners/joggers) are compulsory. Thongs\, sandals and barefoot prohibited.
