Get your pen out and your zen on. Take a seat, grab a cuppa and lose yourself a while in mindfulness-themed puzzles, games, doodles.
Registrations to claim a free mindful activity book will open on Wednesday 2nd March at 9am. Be quick – numbers are limited. Books will be allocated at random.
All O-Week giveaways will be available for collection from the CoastRs office from Monday 7th March. Postage is only offered to external students living further than 20km away from campus.
