Clubs and Societies Event form

When organising a club event, approval must be first sought with notice; a minor event – minimum of two weeks (10 business days), major event – minimum of one (1) month notice from CoastRs Student Association before any booking or promotion is conducted. A risk assessment may also be required, you will be notified by CoastRs Student Association if this is the case. Please refer to CoastRs event policy for information on holding events (email coastrs@scu.edu.au for further information).
